Who we are
This website is run by Pop's Blue Moon, 5249 Pattison Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110. It lists our hours, history and upcoming live music. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@loyalfamily.com.
What we collect
Visitors do not need an account, and this site has no forms, no sign-ups, no payments and no comments. We do not ask you for personal information, and we do not run analytics, advertising or tracking tools on it. We do not sell personal information.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel and our database provider (Supabase) may keep technical server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, to keep the site running and secure. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.
Google Maps
The About page can show an embedded Google Map. It loads only if you click the button to load it. Once loaded, Google receives data such as your IP address and may set cookies, under Google's own privacy policy. If you prefer, use the plain "Open in Google Maps" link instead, or skip the map.
Cookies
The public pages do not set cookies of their own. Cookies are used only for the staff login on the /admin area, to keep authorized staff signed in. Visitors never see or need them.
Performers and photos
Event listings show performer names, descriptions and promotional images, and may link out to a performer's own website or social pages. Those outside sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. The same goes for our Facebook and Instagram links.
Removal requests
If you appear in a photo on this site, or your name or other personal information is listed and you would like it changed or removed, email info@loyalfamily.com with the page address and what you would like done. We will review the request and respond as promptly as we can.
Children
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
